stuff is very polite they are always trying to help if I misunderstood something. I was surprised by sauna quality it was also good. There was amenities everywhere(in a good way) so if I need something I could have get them from 1st floor. THere is always one person on administration who speaks english on b1 level
That most of stuff don't know english only few people in hotel knows english, NO TRASH BINS in a room is tough. I stored trash in plastic bag that I brought with me

綺麗な施設でした。大浴場もあるのでゆったりと入浴ができてよかったです。
レストランが併設されていましたが夕飯を食べようと利用しましたがすべて冷凍食品をあたためただけのレベル。値段も割高だなという印象でした。
2キロ程離れれば飲食店たくさんあるのでタクシー使っても移動したほうが間違い無いかと
フロント階にトイレがありますが女性トイレは多目的トイレしかないのも不便でした。館内用のスリッパも使い回しなので伸びてしまったのか
かなり大きいので大浴場からの移動など脱げてしまい困りました。
