Spacious and peaceful area. Food was good and has various options for both breakfast and dinner.

The kids play area could have a few more rides as well as the indoor games which has few paid options too.

The ambience, staff, cleanliness and maintenance were excellent.

The overall experience could be further improved by developing the children’s outdoor play area with more modern facilities. In addition, waste management should be handled more discreetly and efficiently, rather than being exposed in public areas. These improvements would make the place even more enjoyable for families. Also, approaching way is very narrow for big vehicles to reach out.

the initial allotted studio room was not nice. All studio rooms appear to be in basement wiht low sunlight.

The location is good. its near Ooty town itself. Nice scenery. good break fast and good dinner. THe junior suite room is good, though my rating would be 7.5 out of 10 for the junior suite room. My rating for 2 bedroom apartment will be 3 or 4 out of 10. it was so bad and not worth at all.

The photos on Booking.com were misleading, as our initial two-bedroom villa arrived dirty with unclean sheets and with a bad smell in the bathroom. Management tried showing 2 other rooms but all appear same and not clean and not as per the pics in booking.com. But following our request they kindly upgraded us to a Junior Suite after we voiced our concerns, which was better, though the bathroom still lacked cleanliness and we were uncomfortable seeing staff enter rooms wearing shoes. Although both dinner and breakfast were good, the resort offers limited activities, lacks a swimming pool, Table tennis, and needs much better property maintenance to justify what it charges, making the overall stay poor value for money. The 2bedroom apartment price was INR 15000 which i found very expensive and absolutely not worth to give for a poor room like this. The only good thing happened to us is that they upgraded to us to a junior suite without any additional charge.
