The location was perfect; the actual venue itself was very pretty.

Our shower drainage smell was horrific, sadly it made our room smell the whole time we were there.

The location, the parking at the station although pricey was quite close. The aesthetics.

0 bathroom privacy with glass screen on the shower, toilet seat fell off or squeued with every use making it dangerous, teas, water, milk ect not topped up, matress was hard, bed too close to the wall so banged my ankle every time I got in & out of the bed. The heater made terrible noses during the night, WiFi was unreliable, no door mat so couldn't wipe our feet. Saw 0 staff our entire stay.

Location was great! So much to see and do close by.

There was only one towel for the both of us. After we told staff we needed another, it took 2 days before we got more towels. Never saw anyone on the premises.
