Το κατάλυμα ήταν ΕΞΑΙΡΕΤΙΚΟ. Πληρούσε όλες τις προδιαγραφές. Παρείχε πραγματικά όλα όσα χρειάζεται κάποιος. Ήταν ευρύχωρο, διακοσμημένο με πολύ ωραίο design, παρείχε κουζίνα με σερβίτσια, ωραίο μπάνιο και μάλιστα ήταν σε ξεχωριστά σημεία το η τουαλέτα, η ντουζιέρα και ο νεροχύτης, γεγονός που μας εξυπηρετούσε πολύ όταν ετοιμαζόμασταν. Επίσης διέθετε πολύ καλό πιστολάκι μαλλιών και σίδερο ρούχων. Καθώς χρειάστηκε να δουλέψουμε την μια μέρα της διαμονής μας, το κατάλυμα είχε και επιφάνειες εργασίας (γραφείο και τραπέζι) για ένα βολικό set up σε περίπτωση τηλεργασίας. Τα κρεβάτια ήταν πολύ άνετα, το studio αν και ήταν πολύ ευήλιο, διέθετε στόρια με τα οποία δεν έμπαινε ούτε χαραμάδα φωτός και κοιμόμασταν σαν πουλάκια. Τέλος, το κατάλυμα βρισκόταν σε μια πολύ κεντρική τοποθεσία στην Καβάλα και πηγαίναμε παντού με τα πόδια. Η ιδιοκτήτρια μας έστειλε όλες τις πληροφορίες που χρειαζόμασταν και ήταν πολύ φιλική. Μάλιστα μας πρότεινε και χώρο όπου θα μπορούσαμε να κάτσουμε μέχρι τη στιγμή που θα ετοιμαζόταν το δωμάτιο. Πραγματικά θα το επέλεγα ξανά και ξανά!

L’appartement est joliment décoré, bien équipé et plutôt bien situé, à proximité du centre, ce qui permet de rejoindre facilement les principaux points d’intérêt à pied.
En revanche, quelques points méritent d’être précisés. Le stationnement dans la rue est très compliqué, les places étant particulièrement rares. Un parking payant se trouve heureusement à environ 200 mètres, mais il faut donc prévoir ce coût supplémentaire.
L’appartement est annoncé pour 3 personnes, mais il est selon moi davantage adapté à 2. Le couchage de la troisième personne se fait sur un canapé qui n’est pas convertible, ce qui est loin d’être idéal pour un séjour de plusieurs nuits.
Autre point important : les photos de l’annonce sont quelque peu trompeuses, car elles semblent mélanger les différents appartements proposés. Il est donc difficile, au moment de la réservation, de savoir précisément quelles photos correspondent au logement choisi. Une présentation avec uniquement les photos de l’appartement réservé serait beaucoup plus claire et éviterait toute ambiguïté.
Au final, un appartement agréable, bien aménagé et bien situé, mais qui me semble clairement plus adapté à un couple qu’à trois personnes. Une annonce plus précise concernant les photos, le couchage et le stationnement serait vraiment appréciable.
