La ubicación es genial para descansar y no estar en medio de toda la acción. Zona de fumadores en la entrada del portal
El tamaño algo justo para tres personas pero en Tokio y en Japón es habitual. Si vas ligero de equipaje no tendrás ningún problema con el espacio

L'appartamento è al 10° piano con una bella vista sulla città e sulla torre Sinsekai. A pochissimi metri dalla stazione di Shin-Imamyia, snodo centrale per andare ovunque, sia dentro che fuori Osaka.
Il personale è stato cordialissimo aiutandomi anche a connettermi con l'aeroporto che mi aveva smarrito i bagagli.
Istruzioni di self check-in molto chiare e di facile comprensione.
Lo consiglierò sicuramente.
Dopo 7 giorni di vacanza in questo appartamento non ho trovato un solo difetto.
Forse devo ammettere che le dimensioni sono ridotte, ma credo che tutte le case in Giappone sono così piccole, quindi è una situazione standard.

The owner is very helpful and reactive.
It’s close from a train station, maybe a bit too much.
It’s close from otaku street and Osaka Shinsekai tower with its lively district.
The apartment is well equipped and clean.
Big plus: it’s cheap.
It’s too noisy. You can hear the train, which to be honest isn’t really an issue because you’re easily tired from your day and therefore you sleep like an angel and the train aren’t really an issue.
No, the issue is that Osaka also loves custom bikes. Motor bikes. And they love to make noise…
On our last night before getting back home (waking up at 4am) it was quite difficult to sleep as the bikers decided that it was their night and they were gonna let everyone know…
So yeah, I didn’t sleep much that night.
Over than that, the close district isn’t very lovely but if you walk 5-10 minutes you’ll quickly get to interesting districts and temples/shrines.
Still a good value for your money

Super friendly and helpful owner, she handled our special request very well.
The location is very close to public transport, but also like a 30 minutes walk to Namba.
We loved the flat, the balcony had a good view. All we needed during our stay.
