Location - 10-15 mins to Eiffel, 5 -10 minutes to bus station or Metro, quiet neighborhood, place secure
Host - let us checked in earlier
Communication is poor - Host sent 2 messages in French to contact Anna who I tried to contact several times via SMS text but no reply. I sent message to Host if Anna is on What’s Apps, no reply. I then had to translate my English text to French, then Anna finally responded. I prepaid the booking, and did not receive instruction on how to get in the unit until I messaged Anna 2 days before arrival. I was given codes for the doors, key location but no info which unit, no instructions.
Unit - not a 1 bedroom, it’s a murphy bed that we pulled down in the living room; the toilet did not flush when we used it on arrival, messaged Anna about it, she messaged back that she tried to fix it but could not fix it, told us to use a bowl to pour water in the toilet or if we’re not ok with it, contact the host which I did, translating English to French. After 1 hour host contacted me via What’s Apps and instructed us on how to fix the toilet’s flush, then informed me that she could speak both English and French! Not easy to open the tank’s lid, no tool available, had to use a spoon and knife to pry open the knob but my husband was able to fix the flush.

ロケーションが抜群だった。WhatsAppで連絡がとれて、質問ができた。
初めて宿泊するアパートに入るとき、鍵の入っているメールボックスにたどり着くまでに、２つの扉がありました。それぞれの暗唱番号が送られてきていて、１つ目はそれで開いて入ることができましたが。２つ目は暗証番号を入れても開きませんでした。１５分ほど奮闘していましたが、たまたま中から出てくる人がいたので入れてもらいました。その人の説明によると朝８時から夜８時までは暗証番号で入ることができるが、その他の時間はキータッチが必要とのことでした。当然まだキーはありません。私は到着時間を21時半ごろと連絡していたにも関わらず、この対応は大きな不手際です。ことのとを伝えましたが、特に謝罪はありませんでした。

A acomodação era muito bem localizada, duas quadras da estação de trem Passy, virando a esquina você já consegue ver a torre. O apartamento tinha tudo o que precisávamos para nossa estadia, inclusive uma pequena cozinha caso quiséssemos preparar alguma refeição.
As instalações estavam limpas e organizadas. O Wi-Fi funcionava perfeitamente a água do chuveiro era quente e com boa pressão.
O Staff foi extremamente simpático e cuidadoso conosco, do início ao fim da nossa estadia. Com certeza voltaríamos.
Só achei o quarto um bocadinho escuro, no mais tudo perfeito.
