You walk in the door and see a beautiful sea view out across the balcony and some amazing landscaping. Very modern layout with quality chattels air conditioning and a full kitchen enabling an awesome environment. Sitting in the spa watching the moon and the stars and listening to the waves rolling in is just heaven. Private access to the beach and wave watching from a private seat is a great little retreat. A covered garage for the car and bikes is just the topping on the cake. We will certainly be back!!!

Great views, but alas it was pouring with rain.

Everything in the place was beautiful. It rained all day and night, but we didn’t mind as we were very comfortable.

Wonderful sea view - well appointed - great to be able to soak in the spa overlooking Kapiti island

Another unit on top on this one so the sound of occupants walking around | above was a little annoying at times
