Pozitionarea aproape de mijloacele de transport, la cateva statii de centru. Magazine si restaurante bune in apropiere. Apartament curat cu parcare sigura, liniste paturi confortabile, wifi bun.
Prosoapele aveau un miros neplacut.

Totul a fost excelent, curățenie, mobilier, lenjerie, dotări, parcare. Singurul inconvenient a fost despre o telecomandă a unui rulou al ferestrelor de la living, căreia, la finalul primei zile, i s-a golit bateria, iar gazda ne-a cam dat cu flit și nu s-a zbătut prea tare să rezolve problema. Vreau să subliniez calitatea ferestrelor care izolează fonic impecabil, în imediata apropiere fiind un șantier de pe care nu se auzea nimic atunci când ferestrele erau închise.
Foarte puțin de reproșat atitudinea gazdei, care e cam scump la vorbă și în a rezolva mici probleme.

Lokalizacja pod kątem komunikacji miejskiej - super. Choć pieszo też nie jest daleko do różnych atrakcji. Tramwaj pod blokiem, stacja metra również bardzo blisko - bardzo szybko można dojechać do centrum czy Zamku. Mieszkanie czyste, rolety w pokoju - bardzo przydatne latem. Prywatne miejsce parkingowe to ogromny plus w Pradze. Prosta i przejrzysta instrukcja zameldowania i odbioru kluczy.
Szkoda, że klucze nie są po prostu gdzieś w bloku - zajeżdżanie pod bank, w celu odbioru kluczy jest problematyczne z powodu braku miejsc parkingowych w okolicy, musieliśmy stanąć w pobliskim centrum handlowym, z którego wyjazd jest tragiczny.
Brak klimatyzacji - latem nie ma opcji, by w mieszkaniu nie było klimatyzacji...był wiatrak - 1 na 2 pokoje, ale i tak nic nie pomagał, ledwo co dmuchał. Niestety wiele okolicznych miejsc - restauracje i kawiarnie również nie były wyposażone w klimatyzację - jak Wy tam funkcjonujecie?
W środku nocy jeździły śmieciarki i strasznie hałasowały zbierając śmieci.

Das Apartment war sehr schön
Die Lage war Katastrophe. Genau neben dem gebäude entsteht ein neuer häuserblock. Hier ist es eine großangelegte dauerbaustelle mit schwerem Gerät.
Von 6:30 bist Gen Abend ist man Teil der Baustelle und kann weder schlafen noch sich entspannen.
Auf Anfrage des Vermieters, dass das nicht angegeben war bekam ich weder eine Minderung noch eine Reaktion.
Bei dem Preis ist es in keinster Weise vertretbar und ich werde da nie wieder etwas buchen.
