Lokatie, inrichting, rust.

It was nearly on the Ferhadiye street and so close to the Başçarşı and other historical places
The building was old (little bit scary) even tho they decorated the apartments really modern and New. And also there were other peoples apartments on the floors.
There isnt any staff and reception, you made self check in to the buildind.
Even tho the room seems clean and New there were some HAIRS ON OUR BED. Dont understand how can all seems nice and new at the same time there were black hairs.

The location is absolutely fantastic, really right in the middle of everything. Tons of restaurants, cafés, bars and shops right around the apartment. The room itself is nice and decent value for money. There is also a small fridge, and the host was friendly and easy to reach via WhatsApp.
Unfortunately, there were several issues during my stay. I found three small cockroaches in the room, two dead and one alive. I get that it's an old buildung but this was especially disappointing as I specifically adressed this concern before my stay and I was reassured that the issue had been taken care of.
Despite having a boiler, there was only warm water sporadically, and at night there was often no running water at all. There were also no instructions for how to use the boiler.
I had quite a lot of trouble opening the main entrance door downstairs because the key kept getting stuck. Other guests had this problem as well, so it was an issue with the door lock and not just with my key. I reported this several times and was told the caretaker would be informed, but also that there was not much else they could do, so nothing happened. I was there for one week and the problem persisted.
The lift door on the third floor sometimes got stuck, which meant the lift could not be called from downstairs. This is especially inconvenient for anyone with limited mobility and was disappointing, as having a lift was one of the reasons I booked this room.
The TV did not seem to be connected properly, so I could not watch local television. It is possible I simply did something wrong, but again, there were no instructions. The kettle was also unplugged, and it took me a while to figure out why it was not working.
Overall, a great location and a nice room for a decent price, but several practical issues unfortunatels made the stay less comfortable than expected.
