The property has a great view of grand canal and Venice landmarks. The host Andrea is the best host we have ever had. He was very responsive and considerate, gave great recommendations of attractions and restaurants,, provided generous supplies and offered refills of whatever needed.

Owner has really put a lot of care / personal touches into the place. Spacious, amazing view, extremely responsive host
I didn’t realize when booking that you need to take a water bus to get to main parts of Venice. (My fault for not researching!). It ended up being excellent though as we were able to relax away from crowds. Could use a frying pan and some good knives (when we cooked in for meals).

Ein wirklich netter Vermieter, der sich toll kümmert. Die Lage fanden wir extrem gut und ruhig.
Leider war während unseres Aufenthaltes die Klimaanlage defekt und wir konnten nur kalt duschen.
