The room was beautifully renovated with a great view over Piazza Roma, close to shops, restaurants and the heart of Oristano. It was comfortable for a one night stay. A wonderful place to stay if you do not have a car. Free or available.parking is not really within the accommodation site but in side streets or paid in a parking area. Sissy was helpful in sorting this out.
Unfortunately the bed in our room sagged on one side and I had to sleep with a pillow underneath for comfort.
One aspect of great frustration was that in Australia we do not have ZTL zones which not only affect parking( we had a hire car) but also where to drive in the city centre and how to access the building. The information regarding this, came through well after we had checked in and should have been forwarded the day before. As a result, we are afraid we might be liable for a fine of minimum 80 Euros.

We spent two very enjoyable nights at New Elegance Suites Guesthouse while travelling around the west and south-west coast of Sardinia, and we could not recommend it more highly.
There are so many reasons to choose Sissy’s beautiful guesthouse, but allow me to mention just a few. Our room was absolutely spotless, and every detail had clearly been considered with great care. The bed was wonderfully large and exceptionally comfortable, and we particularly appreciated the kettle and the lovely selection of teas — a small touch, but one that meant a great deal to me. There was even a little sewing kit, which is a thoughtful detail that one does not always find even in some of the finest hotels.
Our room also had a charming balcony overlooking the piazza, which was the perfect place to enjoy a quiet cup of tea in the morning while watching the square slowly come to life. The location could hardly be better, just a few minutes’ walk from Piazza Eleonora. There are also two conveniently located car parks nearby, both of which are free after 8 pm, making the guesthouse particularly easy for those travelling by car.
We would also like to extend our warmest thanks to Sissy, our wonderful host, for her attentiveness and genuine care throughout our stay. She was incredibly welcoming and provided us with so much useful information, which made our time in Oristano all the more enjoyable. Our thanks also go to Rishi for his kindness and assistance.
All in all, New Elegance Suites Guesthouse is a truly lovely place to stay — comfortable, beautifully considered, perfectly situated, and made all the more special by the warmth of its hosts.
A wonderful address in Oristano, and one we would be very happy to return to.

New Elegance Suites far exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect, right in the centre but really quiet due to double glazing. Very spacious and lots of storage room so you didn't feel cramped. They were very generous with all the extra facilities like the bathroom accessories. The bed was so comfy one of the best we had slept in so far. Sissy the apartment manager was always available if we needed her and very prompt to respond. We felt very looked after and would certainly stay again. If you are looking for an apartment which is elegant, spacious and right in the heart of Oristano then this is the one don't hesitate to book it. Grazie tanto Sissy, Susan e Sean
A little bit short on wine glasses but in the circumstances this was nothing the kitchen was well equipped.

Great central location, within walking distance of restaurants and sights. Easy to get out of town by car quickly too.
The property description claims there is free parking, but you'd have to look very hard and at distance from the property to find it. In reality you are likely to have to pay for parking. That said, though spaces in the area near the property can be hard to come by, you can generally find something reasonably close, and the charges only apply from 9am to 1pm and from 4pm to 8pm, and you can put money in to carry forward payment into the next charging period.
Kitchen cabinets look a bit scruffy, only one red wine glass.
I had to ring the representative to get door codes etc which gave us a bit of a stressful start. These need to be communicated in a way that the guest can access. No good using WhatsApp if the guest doesn't use it.
