Great communication before and during our stay. Perfect location for walking and minutes from centre.

Shower in bath although water pressure was brilliant . Just think it was a challenge to get in safely.

Overpriced and uncomfortable.

It was clean and well furnished. The hosts were friendly enough.

It was boiling hot abdvthe hosts did not provide fans despite repeated requests which were initially ignored. On the last night we were told they don’t supply fans. It was the period when it was close to 26 degrees. My kids and I couldn’t sleep. We couldn’t open the windows coz all manner of bugs were flying in . On top of that the very first day the bathroom door came off its hinges, the shower was broken and the seal was broken. Everything was replaced the next day but it was a 3 night stay which was completely spoilt. It would have been nice had they at least been apologetic and offered a partial refund but they didn’t. Totally not worth the £600 + for the stay. There wasn’t even a welcome loaf of bread or fruit or anything. It’s just a very commercially run place and we were extremely disappointed.
