For 1st time visitors to KL, it an ideal location. BTS mall is part of the complex, Imbi monorail station attached.
The swimming pool is great, always cool & refreshing - never overcrowded.
Plenty of food options in BTS for when it's raining & hard to get around. The Japanese restaurant is good value - fresh with a huge selection.
if I have one criticism, the rooms are a little dated, ither than that...no issues, I will stay there again.

The location right above a major shopping mall and within walking distance to many other shopping districts and eateries are a big plus. The check-in staff was very helpful and courteous although I checked in really late around 10pm due to an unforeseen delay. The unit itself was spacious and well equipped for my family of 2 adults and 2 older children.
Parts of the furnishing and carpentry was really dated. Some of the electrical sockets were a little loose and parts of the wooden flooring worn out from age. Perhaps refurbishment of the unit would help make the stay more pleasant.
