The location is unmatched, dead-on in the old town, close to great coffee shops, restaurants and Tâmpa (for great walks). The vibe of the place was super cozy and old-fashioned, which I enjoyed. Relatively quiet, despite being very central. No AC that I remember, but the place was very cool even during the hottest June in Romania's recent history. I'd definitely consider returning, since it was great value for money overall.
This has nothing to do with the property itself, but the apartment upstairs was being heavily renovated. The noise was unbearable during the day, and considering the temperatures outside I didn't want to leave the property that much until the afternoon. Would've been great to know ahead of time. The bed could have also been a little more comfortable.

The location is great, just few steps from the Black Church and the main Piazza of Brasov (be mindful the windows are towards the street and some noise might be heard and also the church bells during the day every hour - I didn't mind at all but I consider it good to know). The guest has left a table with useful info regarding the surroundings as well as how to settle in or prepare for check out.
I loved the apartment as it was spacious, very coquette appearance and incredible touches, however I was disappointed mainly in the bathtub that could not be filled but most of all it looked very unsanitary as well as lack of microwaves and some small things being broken which shows lack of attention to maintaining a good quality stay for all the guests. Besides that my main disappointment was related to the stuffy, moldy and old furniture smell that was present in the apartment after closing the windows and also in the pillows, sheets and cover. If I had a worse case of allergies it would have definitely been an issue. I was very sad as it definitely shadowed my stay at this location and I have been coming to Brasov pretty often in the past years so I can say I didn't expect that comparing to my other stays.
