A good property let down by poor post-stay communication and a lack of professionalism.

The property itself was modern, comfortable and well located. The stay was straightforward and the accommodation met expectations.

Unfortunately, the post-stay experience has been disappointing. Despite two polite requests for a VAT invoice, the host has simply failed to respond. For business travellers, timely and professional communication regarding essential documentation is a reasonable expectation. The lack of acknowledgement has unnecessarily undermined an otherwise straightforward stay. If you’re on a business trip like me, I would find alternative accommodation.

A good clean space, easy access to Dundee.

Location was good for my needs.

The stairwell was a bit off putting.

This apartment was ideal for a short stay in Dundee - very close to all amenities. .

There was lots of space. The shower was fantastic. Kitchen pretty well equipped. Just opposite the bus station.

The entrance way was a bit messy - but brightly lit and very secure.
