The property was very clean and modern. It had everything that was needed and couldn’t fault it really. The parking facilities were great and the location was also great. Lovely walks along the beachfront with our doggie Alfie and then hopped on the bus into town.
If could say one thing is that the couch could be a bit more comfortable but I’m just being picky.

Great location close to the beach, supermarkets and a short walk to the city centre. The apartment is spotlessly clean and very quiet. The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed to prepare a meal, including a stock of basic ingredients such as oil, salt, tea, coffee, sugar etc. The allocated car parking space was perfect and easy to locate from the instructions provided by the host. The shower has excellent pressure and the wifi was very good.
While functional, the apartment is very minimally decorated and would benefit from a few small additions e.g. some art work on the walls and a lamp for the lounge room. In the evenings, the choice was to have the spotlights on in either the living or dining space and both of these were quite harsh, with no option to dim them.

The place is spacious and modern, close to the beach and quiet. It's nice that it offers parking space.
If not for the cleaning issue it would have probaly got 8/9 instead of 7.
When we arrived the place wasn't cleaned (no towels, no bedding and dirt on the floor). The host arranged for the clean immediately, but considering how late the check-in is we expected it to be done and not be disturbed during our stay there. The host apologised.
