Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare own meals and the bathroom is of a high standard with a nice shower. Nice fresh white linens and towels provided and the bedding for the sofa bed was also prepared for us.
Cleanliness could have been better. Didn’t look like the floor had been hoovered before our arrival. Found a pair of socks and trousers in the bedroom from previous guests. Sofa was heavily stained. Kitchen cupboards could do with a good clean The entrance way and stairs which smelled of damp could also do with a good clean, although not the owners fault!

Great location, nice apartment, lovely shower but not very hot. Towels and bed linen lovely and fresh. There's a great pub just up the road, Sunday lunch was lovely.
Unfortunately let down by the cleaners, dusty and quite badly marked furniture, loads of muck between the cushions on the sofa. Found old underwear in the bedroom, freezer was so iced up the door would not close, pans had old cooking fat in them, we only ate out due to the lack of hygene, rugs were worn and caused a tripping hazard. The entrance was not clean or inviting, WiFi wasn't great. We did send photo's via message and email to the owner but heard nothing back, there were plenty of emails about not checking in until 3pm and checkout at 10am for the "Cleaners to go in" so not the best service.

It was light, airy and clean. Everything you wanted in a home from home.
The WiFi was very intermittent and someone’s socks under the bed…
