Perfect hotel for a perfect Kinosaki experience! Hiro and Yumi provided exceptional customer service from beginning to end. The hotel and rooms are stunningly beautiful and comfortable. I highly recommend their breakfast for a fully immersive experience. They are proud of what Japan has to offer and they share it with you by explaining onsen etiquette and explaining the food they serve.
Their attention to detail is amazing which makes the whole ryokan/onsen experience even better. The location is perfect for visiting onsen, going to ropeway and visiting nearby Takeno beach. I would not stay anywhere else in Kinosaki. 🌸
