Beautiful modern room in a great location. Safe and secure.
Nothing only for the street outside was very busy and noisy, bring ear plugs. The shower was a nuisance, every time you got a shower the water ran out of the shower tray and got the whole floor wet.

Great rooms. I booked last minute and had to switch between two rooms for two nights and both were comfortable. Host very communicative. Easy to work with. Easy to find. Great location. would consider rebooking.
The showers are not great. Water overflows and both rooms shower head holder was broken. Not the end of the world.
Bedrooms have a view to the building opposite, beware.

Die Lage des Apartments ist super. Leider gibt es keine private Parkmöglichkeiten. Man muss öffentliche Parkhäuser bzw. Möglichkeiten suchen was nicht das große Problem darstellt. Es war sehr sauber und komfortabel.
Leider war unser Zimmer mit 4 Personen etwas zu klein aber für 1-2 Nächte war es in Ordnung.

The location is very convenient, right in the city center and in a normal residential building. Check-in was easy and completely contactless — no need to meet anyone, and check-out was just as simple. The room itself was generally fine, and the mattress was comfortable.
The bed was not king-size as advertised. The apartment is very small and felt smaller than the stated size. With the windows closed, the room quickly becomes too hot, but opening them makes it extremely noisy because of the road outside. The air conditioning also struggled even when it was only around 30°C outside, which is a serious problem considering Belgrade can get much hotter.
A lot of things also felt poorly finished or maintained. The curtains had no proper stopper, so part of the curtain was hanging loose and couldn’t close properly. The shower has almost no protection from splashing water, so every time you shower, a large part of the bathroom floor gets completely soaked. Overall, the stay was tolerable, but the apartment doesn’t feel worth the price.
