It is a nice quiet place. Ideal to visit Omaha beach and the US Cemetery. A wonderful host.
No wifi. No dishwasher. But those were not promised so no reason to complain.

Good location to see a lot of WWII sites, kind communication with the hosts via Booking, everything was clean, a bottle of cider left for us to enjoy, a quiet garden to sit and read and enjoy dinner. Loved the converted Singer sewing machine in the bathroom! Overall, fine place for a night or two to see the sites.
Important to note: There is no wifi available in the apartment.
For us, our stay was fine, however there were somethings that could be improved. When doing the dishes, the water comes back in the shower drain. The rain shower did not work us. We also were surprised there were no coffee pods for the coffee machine, even just a few. The stairs up to the bed area were a bit uneasy to take, especially if you need to go down in the middle of the night. The couch downstairs which doubles as a second bed was just okay, and the chairs sit very low at the table. All around fine, just somethings that from our opinion could be improved.
