The location was great. It was right along the Via Francigena which is what I was looking for on this trip. Having a kitchen just to toast some bread for a sandwich and keep stuff overnight in the refrigerator was great. Also access to the washing machine was a huge bonus.
There are three bedrooms off the main living area. If you do not have other guests who are respectful it would be loud and unpleasant. The guests that were there with me were all respectful of the shared space. Additionally, I was originally in the room overlooking the main road. While it was lovely it was VERY loud. The first night I was there kids were running up and down the street yelling until mid-night. There is also a bar right there and the sing-a-long they were doing went in until after 3am. The host was amazing though and moved me to one of the other rooms for the second night and you could hardly hear a thing from the road. I would definitely stay again and just request a room on the back of the apartment.

Mattresses are really bad, especially in second bedroom. Otherwise rating would much better.Host is a nice guy. Please invest in your Mattresses
