L'emplacement était très bien! L'hôte est très gentille et disponible. L'appartement est grand et offre la possibilité de s'asseoir sur un petit balcon qui offre une très belle vue.
Le lit n'était pas très confortable et il faisait très chaud dans l'appartement. Nous y étions pendant des chaudes journées du mois de juin.

Located outside of Montepulciano with on site parking. The apartment is located on the top floor or a building and is accessed by a steepish set of stairs that can be slippery in the wet.
Lovely garden with a view of Tuscan country side but not of Montepulciano itself.
Lovely breakfast items including fruit juice and milk for coffee.
No noise aside from the other residents leaving and arriving by car.
The bed is ok in terms of comfort and good for a 1 nights’ stay
The heating is set to 21’C which cannot be changed so if you’re a cold person you’ll want to wear something warmer at night.
It’s a 5 minute drive into town on a single lane road with not much shoulder so be warned you may have to reverse a bit or have someone pull over into a drive way to let you past. The furniture isn’t particularly comfortable to sit on and feels a bit dated (think grandmother in 1980’s house ) but this may be the aesthetic the owners are looking for.
