The room was very clean, the cleaning staff was very nice, friendly and did a wonderful job at keeping this place clean. However, the communication with the person online was terrible, he/she sounded rude, the access to the building doesn’t work. You have to open a link to open the main entrance that doesn’t work. Other than that, it is a confortable place, super close to everything. We had a great stay in this place.
Initial entry to the building. Frustrating! A bit noisy at night, you need to keep the windows shut.

Avevo la tripla con bagno privato. Camera ampissima, con un ampio e comodo letto e possibilità di connettere la tv alle proprie piattaforme streaming. Posizione al top. Mi sono trovata benissimo, uno dei migliori soggiorni a Siena per rapporto qualità/prezzo.
Prima di ritirare le chiavi viene fornito un link di apertura del portone di sotto, che però purtroppo non sempre funziona per motivi di inaccuratezza nel calcolo della posizione.

La cama es muy cómoda, y está muy bien ubicado. Está limpio y es lo que dice, un hostel. Muy cerca del centro.
Demasiado ruido exterior. Una de las ventanas no cierra bien y la calle tiene mucho ruido hasta altas horas y a primera hora no paran de pasar coches y camiones. Además con calor tienes que dormir con la ventana abierta, la habitación es muy calurosa. Tiene un ventilador que hace muchísimo ruido y es casi peor que el ruido de la calle. En invierno no habrá esos problemas pero en verano no volvería a elegirlo

The location was pretty good
The room was really warm, the shower was leaking and lights didn’t work, it was so noisy particularly early in the morning... felt like we were staying in a motorway
