Room and amenities were clean and great. Location very convenient to tourist sites and restaurants.
Room was very noisy with street sounds. Could hear people talking, police sirens and the street sweeper coming by at 5:00am. Be prepared to use earplugs (which they provided). Other than that it was a perfect place. All we needed for a one-night stay.

Great room in a fantastic location so close to the main square. I wasn't expecting breakfast so that was an great added bonus and was delicious. The host was amazing and couldn't have been any more accommodating. We had to leave our suitcases on the last day while we attended an exhibition I had a photo in and it worked really well. I would definitely stay there again.
Nothing really. I had read that the street could be noisy on other reviews and we stayed there at the end of the palio celebrations so it was very busy and loud but I brought earplugs and couldn't hear anything then so it wasn't a problem at all so don't let that put you off this fantastic place.

Good size room which was clean. Very responsive host.
The location wasn’t great as there is a bar just underneath which played loud music till 3am on the Friday and Saturday night. Also there was a strange smell, particularly from the bathroom and communal kitchen area.
