Staff lightning fast in responding to my email/message. Really friendly. Location is great. Even had breakfast.
Our room was at the end and we couldnt get wifi. But we went out to the common area so it was not that big of a deal. Otherwise perfect.

Location, shared kitchen area even it's not written during a reservation procedure, also good bed in our room.
Floor in the room and thin walls, perhaps this was a big flat and they just moderated this with some knauf walls, you can hear everything.
Staff communication and hospitality manners - we prefer to see our host, maybe it's a subjective criticism, but we like to greet someone upon arrival. In two days, we haven't heard and seen about anyone/anything.

Good size room which was clean. Very responsive host.
The location wasn’t great as there is a bar just underneath which played loud music till 3am on the Friday and Saturday night. Also there was a strange smell, particularly from the bathroom and communal kitchen area.
