駐車場があることで利用しましたが、それ以外の設備も完璧でした。清潔でベッドもいつも以上に快適に眠ることが出来ました。

Muy espacio y la estancia ha sido cómoda, además de que nos dejaron dejar las maletas antes del check in. Éramos 5 y no nos quedamos sin agua caliente.
No en todas las habitaciones había almohadas, si no cojines decorativos.

De wijk om in het donker terug te lopen naar het appartement voelde niet heel fijn

The apartment itself was fine and well-equipped
The service and attitude from the host were dismissive and insulting.
First, the host knew the clothes drying rack was broken by a previous guest and failed to replace it. When I asked about it, they replied that they would only bring one the next day "if I really need it." Only after I explained that we were staying for only 2 nights and our laundry wouldn't dry did they finally bring it the same day.
Second, after we checked out—leaving the apartment clean, taking out the trash, and washing the dishes—the host sent a photo of surface dirt on the wall, falsely accused us of breaking the wall, and asked how we planned to "solve" it. When I pointed out that it was just dirt and we hadn't broken anything, the host completely ghosted us and stopped answering our messages.
