L'établissement est top. Le SAV catastrophique !

J'ai apprécié le logement dans sa globalité. Notamment les petites fournitures dans la salle d'eau, les dosettes de café et thé, la climatisation ainsi que le parking spacieux. Il est aussi très bien placé, à 5 mins en voiture du centre commercial et restaurants.

Après plusieurs relances sans succès pour recevoir ma facture, j'ai dû faire appel au service client de Booking pour m'aider après plus d'une semaine d'attente. J'ai finalement obtenu un reçu et non une facture, le tout sans explication ni excuse. Je regrette l'absence totale de communication.

Een teleurstellend weekend

De airconditioning was in deze dagen een uitkomst. Evenals de wasmachine (weliswaar zonder wasmiddel, maar dat komt vaker voor)

Het begon eigenlijk al verkeerd. De digitale check-in was zo strak afgesteld, dat je de code van de sleutelkluis exact op het moment waarop je naar binnen mocht kreeg toegezonden. Maar met een dramatisch internetbereik, (buiten de stad) kregen we dat dus niet binnen. We hebben een half uur in 37 graden staan tobben. Binnen troffen we een op het eerste gezicht keurig appartement aan. Dat suggereerden de Booking.com-foto's ook. Maar het gebruik wees anders uit. Wat voorbeelden: een vaatwasser zonder vaatwastabletten, een doorzakkende (slaap)bank waar je na een tijdje pijn in je billen van krijgt, één aangebroken rol toiletpapier (voor 2 volwassenen 3 overnachtingen..), een betrekkelijk smal/kort tweepersoonsbed en een douchegordijn met bruine aanslag onderaan. De locatie is misschien niet representatief, want er was redelijk wat in aanbouw, maar voor nu hadden we spijt van onze keuze.
