La ubicación, sitio tranquilo y muy bonito, aunque muchas curvas para llegar.

La limpieza dejaba un poco que desear. La casa en general está muy descuidada y con falta de mantenimiento. Las camas pequeñas imposible dormir, los colchones están blandismos y los cubre colchones sucios. La ducha incómodisima y muchas telarañas incluso dentro del apartamento. En general un apartamento muy explotado y con muy poco mantenimiento.
