Location was good as it was quiet with street parking and able to walk into Kidderminster. Anita was very helpful and provided good information. bed was comfortable and twin room had en suite.
The stairs to the top floor were very steep and quite narrow in places.

Very well kept and a very cosy home. Rooms are exactly as shown on the pictures and Anita is very friendly

Well just everything. I was very comfortable and had a good nights sleep. The blackout curtains kept all the light out. I was able to park right outside and The Rose Theatre was very easy to walk to. Anita is the perfect host and so welcoming.

Easy for Kidderminster and quiet road
Had fridge to use and kitchen
Could sit in garden
The double room was a bit small for us as one side was against the wall
So maybe a twin room would have been better for us older guests with space round the beds
No where easily to put the suitcase . Maybe a small table in front of the linen cupboard. To utilise underneath.
Shared bathroom, but fortunately we only had to wait once to use it .
