原爆ドームにほど近く、サッカー場も徒歩圏内。近場にはコンビニや食事処（鉄板焼）、レストランや飲み屋などあり穴場という感じがした。ワンルーム不動産投資で建てたけど人がつかなくて宿泊施設にしたのかな？と、勘繰るような佇まいだが、私はむしろホテルホテルしたところより落ち着けた。清潔そうな感じはする。キッチンシンクに電子レンジもあり、くつろげた。
連泊したが、お昼頃に清掃の方々が表で何か言っていて、連泊と認識されておらずに踏み込まれるんじゃないかとちょっとだけヤキモキした。タオルなど追加のサプライはちゃんとドアの外にぶら下げてあってありがたかったが、前もって説明があるとなお安心できたと思う。

他の方がクチコミしてあるように、無事に入れるのか不安でしたが 難なくクリアできました。
スリッパが汚れていたので、使用は控えました。
それ以外は、シャワー室、トイレなど綺麗なので、快適にすごせました。チェックアウトが12時なので、イベント前までゆっくり過ごせて有難かったです。
スリッパが汚れている。お部屋まで多少暗い。(ライトが切れていた)これからの季節は、ベイプがあった方が良いと思いました。(部屋に蚊がいた)
