We stayed as a party of 6 so it was good in the sense that we all had our own rooms/bathrooms. The communal area cou

The property is great for large groups

It wasn’t as clean as we would expect. Lots of hairs around corners of the rooms/bathrooms. Kitchen/crockery etc all clean & beds immaculate

Good that all of the bedrooms were ensuite

Electric door keys to both the front door and apartment was great. I did have to email to ask for the information though

I had to call the property company as they didn't tell us which car parking spaces we could park in. There was rubbish (dirty nappies & sanitary towels) all over the car park The main living area and beds were clean, however the bathrooms not so much, with visible staining to the toilets, showers and taps. The floors weren't clean, we all had filthy feet and socks!

Disappointing

Main dining room was great with pool table, kitchen and sofas. Key code to getting into house was easy to access but finding fob for electric gates wasn't where they were supposed to be...

Decor immediately outside of room. Water stains on door and hole in the ceiling. We had to hoover the corridor outside of room before our guests arrived! Front two rooms face a very busy and noisy road. Accommodation is essentially converted student rooms. Known problems with the electric gates getting out of property. We had to phone and knock on other people's doors to get out..... and apparently this was a known problem! Hall entrance (at front of property) had water dripping from room.
