Never again!

I cancelled the booking. I didn't sleep nor stay there.

I realised it had not been cleaned.Very disgusting.Toilet bolls had urine on the them. The bathroom glass was very dirty. The sheets had unwashed stains🤮🤮Oh my God! Long lived dust on the tables. Utensils were dirty! The towels were dirty too.Never again. Still waiting for my refund one month down the line. I hope I will get it.

Great potential, mixed experience!

The best part was the convenience — the location is very close to the airport, and the space itself is large enough for a family of four. Amenities like the swimming pool and gym were a nice bonus, even though we didn’t get a chance to use them during our three‑night stay.

However, being close to the airport also means being close to the SGR, so there is noticeable train noise at odd hours. If you’re a light sleeper, this may be something to consider. Communication with the host, Janice, was unfortunately quite poor. We checked in late and found the cleaner still inside finishing up, and the door code we were given was incorrect. The host wasn’t present, so the cleaner had to assist us. The next day, we were unexpectedly asked to move to another unit because the one we had booked wasn’t actually ready — apparently due to overbooking. Another guest had already gained access to the apartment before we had packed our belongings, and the host even suggested packing our things without us present, which felt uncomfortable. The apartment itself also had a few issues: the bathroom drainage was slow, and one of the bedrooms smelled like cigarette smoke despite the listing stating it was a non‑smoking property. We were promised a one‑day refund for the inconvenience, which we have not yet received. In summary, the place itself is spacious and well‑located, but the hosting and management need significant improvement.

Place close to the airport and shopping mall very clean and comfortable.

I didn’t like it the fact that room was booked for tow guests and we get only one towel so we have to share . Also o didn’t like it there were things left to dry on the balcony railing, it looked not nice and unprofessional
