Location is excellent - close to everywhere I needed to go. Apartment has been renovated, kitchen and bathroom are modern (very important!). A very comfortable place to stay (6 nights)
The building is old, entrance area is shabby, steps outside front door are loose and a bit dangerous. Stairs could have better lighting at night.

El departamento está muy bien equipado (lavadora, cocina, plancha, microondas, etc), es amplio, las ventanas tienen buen aislamiento del sonido exterior (aunque no hay mucho ruido, no hay locales comerciales cerca), hermosa vista al río, llegas caminando en 15 minutos a la catedral y todo el centro. Pero lo más destacable fue la buena recepción y comunicación con Monika, hizo de la estancia algo mucho más confiable.
Solo recomendaría mejorar la cama y almohadas.

We liked that the apartment was well equipped for both living (great kitchen) and working (with a desk). Very nice design. We would definitely return again in the future.
A little bit of street noise can be heard from the bedroom, but unless one has a major person issue with sensitivity to sound it is not an issue at all.

Gražiai, kokybiškai įrengtas butas. Erdvu, patogu, pagalvota apie klientą (kava, arbata, wc gaiviklis). Patogi lova. Paslaugi, reaguojanti savininkė.
Nurodyta, kad būsto privalumas - nemokamas parkingas, deja, jame vietos gauti buvo neįmanoma, teko statyti į mokamą vietą. Savininkė reagavo proaktyviai, šiek tiek kompensavo, atsiprašė, todėl tikrai neturiu didelių nusiskundimų, tik patariu atkreipti dėmesį.
