I like the location as everything was nearby, walking distance and especially the beach is just across the road. The room was nice and clean. There was a mini fridge, and toiletries. The view is really nice and Zoe was so helpful and any questions I had she answered and helped straight away !
We couldn't use the pool as it was under maintenance.

Great views of the city, close to Cavill Ave and Surfers beach
Shower over bath was hard to get in/out of after big days out and about.

- good location-close to beaches, shops, restaurants, tram
- easy check-in, owner let us check in early
- street parking available
- has basic toiletries
- can easily communicate with owner
- noisy at night area due to clubs nearby
- small cockroaches in the room
- wifi does not have its own charger so had to use our own
- not enough toilet paper provided for our stay
