Closer to the mall
The bathroom was not clean with strands of hair behind the door,the mop was dirty
Shortage of cooking utensils i had to cook papa using a table spoon

Nice apartment, bit on the small side, but good for one.
View of the sea, bay, was a plus.

Beautiful views from the room
The space is a bit tiny, the host came across as passive aggressive. There was no detail on what facilities were available and where to find them. The building has a bit of an unusual elevator system and I would have found it nice to be given an idea of how everything works.
The toilet was broken and he said he'd get a plumber in the next day, but was quiet till I left.
