Appartement spacieux et agréable, avec une place de parking, ce qui est très appréciable dans ce quartier de Split. La très grande terrasse est également un vrai plus. L’appartement est plutôt bien situé pour découvrir la ville.
Quelques points à améliorer :
La climatisation ne nous a pas semblé suffisamment puissante pour rafraîchir correctement les chambres, notamment lorsqu’il fait très chaud.
Nous avons également regretté de n’avoir aucun contact direct avec le propriétaire, les échanges se faisant uniquement via l’application Booking. Un petit livret d’accueil dans l’appartement, avec les informations pratiques (Wi-Fi, fonctionnement des équipements) aurait été utile.

Plenty of space, A/C and the bed was very comfortable. Parking space for a car at the apartment.
Many electric sockets were hanging off the wall and are a health & safety hazard. Lack of useful cooking utensils and tea towels. No instructions for using equipment and no detail on how to dispose of recycling and waste. Shower was poor, due to a severely leaking hose. The fridge, freezer was full of frozen liquid. The A/C serves the main room leaving the master bedroom uncomfortable
Generally, the apartment looks well used and needs repair/updating (below door to outdoor area looked bad and should have been painted, is one example).
