I stayed at Atour Hotel Shanghai Pudong Jinqiao Metro Station for three nights, and everything was wonderful.
The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near the metro.
The breakfast was excellent and very varied, and drinking water was available almost without limits. The staff were incredibly helpful with everything: they explained how to get to different places, helped me set up the internet, allowed me to choose my room, and even let me check in earlier.
I also really appreciated the relaxed schedule: check-out is at 12:00, while breakfast is served until 10:30 or even 11:00. This is perfect for guests who stay out late and do not want to rush in the morning.
My plans changed because of the typhoon, but I still had a lovely and comfortable time at the hotel. Another incredibly sweet bonus was the complimentary evening snack for guests.
Overall, it was a wonderful stay with excellent service and thoughtful little details. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.
One important tip: use the local Amap app and follow the hotel’s exact address, because Google Maps shows the wrong location when searching by the hotel’s name.
