Poor apartment, Good location

Good location

Everything was old and about to break One day 1 the shuttle broke when we arrived. Thus we had no access to the balcony and no daylight for the whole stay. The owner told us he would send someone to fix it but then did not communicate anymore Washing machine not working properly The shower only works properly with cold water The living room bed is awful

To avoid this location

Nothing, at "La Piazzetta Verde -Affitti Brevi Italia" it was awful.

The code key didn't work, we spent 1 hour to get the key from the apartment. After, we realised that the apartment was useless: the heating sistem didn't work - it was freezing inside, the washing machine didn't work. Nothing really was functioning.

Akceptowalne miejsce z dobrą lokalizacją

Przede wszystkim lokalizacja.

Brudno, mieszkanie zaniedbane, brak kontaktu

Z plusow to lokalizacja, blisko dworca i marketow, duza lazienka, mieszkanie dwupoziomowe.

Niestety minusow jest znacznie wiecej: Łóżko uszkodzone (zapadnieta belka). Stary syczący przedluzacz podlaczony w kilka starych wtyczek. Czajnik byl bardzo zakamieniony - nieuzywalismy go w ogole. Pralka - bardzo stara pralka firmy REX, nie dzialala, przycisk byl luzny, mozna bylo go wyjac Balagan - pajeczyny. W zmywarce zostawione brudne naczynia.
