Una casetta piccola ma dotata di tutti i comfort.
Cucina dotata di tutto, persino di macchina Nespresso e lavastoviglie, caso più unico che raro, nuovissima ( penso abbia non più di un paio di anni, come il resto dell'arredamento).
Camera comodissima, armadio a scorrimento enorme, wifi e clima a disposizione. E poi l'Host, Ivan, è stato gentilissimo e simpaticissimo, ci ha anche inviato una guida su cosa vedere e dove mangiare. Il bagno piccolo ma cmq perfetto . Ovviamente in dotazione c'era tutto il pentolame stoviglie,posate, asciugamani e biancheria puliti.
E cosa non da poco, gli animali sono ammessi perché il proprietario è amante degli animali e padrone di due meravigliosi cuccioloni.
Se si pensa che eravamo solo a 150 metri dal lungomare San Marco e a 200 dalla prima spiaggia,direi che non c'è molto altro da aggiungere.
Essere stato solo 4 giorni.

appartamento perfetto. Ivan l’host, ci ha accolto in maniera cordiale ed è stato molto reattivo nel rispondere ai messaggi.
La casa è sufficientemente grande e pulita. È presente una cucina dotata di tutto il necessario. Abbiamo trovato acqua latte e succhi di frutta. A completare la struttura è presente un bellissimo balcone con tavolo e sedie dove potersi rilassare.
La posizione è ottima, in una zona tranquilla e vicina al lungomare e ai ristoranti della zona.

Ivan was a great host and accommodated my check-in earlier in the morning. He delivered the keys and explained to me all the features of the apartment. He helped me with the recyclable collection (which can be very stressful when renting in Italy for the first time, and every city is different) and gave me advice on places to visit. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a house, has a balcony and is in a neighborhood area, 5 minutes from the train station. The area is very quiet and very close to one of the main beaches. The apartment was rather new, very clean, and the kitchen was very well appointed and nicely decorated. I had everything I needed to make breakfast and quick meals.
I would have loved to have a washing machine to do my laundry and to dry them outside on the balcony.
