Spacious home nestled in the corner of a quiet culd-de-sac has everything you need for a family gathering. With five large bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, two dining areas, two living rooms, a porch, a large deck, a private and fully fenced backyard, and plenty of parking; it is a perfect place to stay while visiting Greensboro, High Point, or Winston-Salem. It is also a perfect place to rest on your way to all the Carolina beaches, with a 3-5 hour drive to the Atlantic coast. Downtown Jamestown is half a mile away and boasts some of the best restaurants and fun nightlife in the area. High Point City Lake is a mile away and has fishing, canoeing, kayaking, and many beautiful walking trails. Gas and grocery stores are also close by. Visit High Point University, North Carolina A&T, UNCG, Guilford College, Salem College, GTCC.

This home was just as beautiful as advertised. Going in the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The living space was set up for family time. The kitchen was equipped with things you might’ve forgot. The expectations for the home was well written out and the location was safe and well around welcoming.

We were there for our sons graduation. The house is a nice size, overall decent and gave a family oriented feeling. The neighborhood was friendly and quiet. My first experience.

I booked this home to accommodate guest overflow for an event I was hosting, and the owner's responsiveness was excellent throughout the process. The large space was the main reason I chose this property, and it definitely delivered in terms of size. However, during my walkthrough before my guests arrived, it was clear the refrigerator cleanliness had been overlooked, and the house had a noticeable musty smell, as if it needed to be aired out. After check in, my guests mentioned that one of the beds had an unclean comforter, and surprisingly no sheets/fitted sheets underneath at all.While my guests complied with the checkout instructions, I found the requirements to be more stringent than I expected. Asking the guests to leave the home neat and tidy and removing the trash from the home and placing them into specific bins, seems to fall under the umbrella of the cleaning fee charged. If guests are expected to contribute on that level, the cleaning fee should reflect it.While the host was responsive and the space was large, I don't think I would rent this property again.
