Bayfront Condominiums at Kontiki Beach are located on Aransas Bay where visitors have access to an 800-foot fishing pier located to the north of the property. It is available for your fishing needs or use it to take a stroll to view the bay. There is an adjoined fishing bridge between the 600 building and the boat ramp which is used by Bayfront, Beach Resort, Fulton Beach Landing, and Sea Shell Shore tenants and visitors. There are fish cutting stations on the piers, and barbecue grills for outdoor cooking. This bayside condo features two master bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a loft to accommodate up to six guests. The downstairs bedroom has a king bed, with the accompanying bathroom featuring the vanity separate from the tub/toilet. The upstairs bedroom holds a king bed, with an adjoining bathroom which can be accessed from the bedroom or the hallway. A dual-sink vanity is separate from the bathroom area which features a walk-in shower and a toilet. The loft holds two twin beds. The kitchen area has full-size appliances; and has a bar with four stools. The dining area holds a six-seat dining room table. The washer/dryer are located upstairs in the hallway closet. The condo's private balcony overlooks the bay. The main living room area picture windows and doors leading to a private deck, as well as to a sandy area. From the deck, visitors can see the large pier extending out to the bay.
