This unit has 3 bedrooms, comfortably sleeping 6. Each room has its own restroom. Upstairs shower is shared between two bedrooms, but you have separate toilets/sinks.
Downstairs room: king bed, flat screen TV, desk space, closet.
Master Upstairs: king bed, flat screen TV, balcony access, double closet.
Twin Upstairs: 2 twin beds, flat screen TV, closet.
Walk onto your private deck from the living room, then onto the sand. Steps away from the wonderful private fishing pier.
Guest access
Entire Condo and all property amenities. There is one numbered parking space (#102). Additional parking is free in all blank spaces.

Beach/Pool towels, extra paper goods, coffee, spices, bathing soap, shampoo, extra trash bags, sun block, and sand toys.

Excellent stay! We had 3 generations under one roof. This unit was super clean. Loved the Jack and Jill bath upstairs. Kitchen is well equipped. Location is premium! Loved the proximity to the water. Views are spectacular. Dolphins played in the inlet. Plenty to do in short drive from property. The one thing I would change is that the property needs new grills. The ones there are pretty worn out. The host is super responsive. 10/10 recommend!
