About this condo rental
You will be staying in 'SandySmile', a luxury condo sitting on the seawall of Galveston Island. We invite you to share our creation, a romantic blend of beach cottage and soft pastels. Pamper your senses with soft leather furniture and sandy-beach colored tile. The private bedroom sleeps two in the queen bed. The hallway area hosts 2 adult sized bunks. The leather queen sofa-sleeper folds out for 2 more. Enjoy! Save on food budget in your fully equipped kitchen. Wherever you choose to stay, I hope you bring home many special Galveston memories. Agreement: * Responsible party over 25 must show photo ID when checking in * No events or parties (including Spring Break or Prom) * No hidden fees or additional taxes. * Clean, fresh air only. No smoking allowed in the condo or on the balcony. * Upon arrival, the Maravilla front office will collect a parking/swim band fee, credit card only. Embrace Resort-Style Living at Maravilla Complex: ▸ Dive into relaxation with a choice of pools - a large resort pool, a heated pool, and a kiddie pool with beach entry. ▸ Unwind in the large hot tub, perfect for soothing evenings. ▸ Stroll through beautifully landscaped grounds, capturing the essence of a tropical retreat. Ideal for Every Guest: ▸ Couples seeking a romantic escape, families on vacation, or solo travelers will find our condo meets all their needs. ▸ Extra sleeping arrangements and resort amenities ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for everyone. Other Things to Note: 1. Construction Notice: Please be aware that there may be occasional daytime noise due to renovations nearby. We ensure that all our pools and amenities remain fully accessible for your enjoyment and relaxation. 2. Parking Information: Ample covered and uncovered parking is available at the complex. A fee of $10.00 per car per day plus sales tax is applicable. Note that the office does not accept cash. Trailers are allowed only during special event weekends and are subject to the same rate as cars. Parking rates are capped after $70.00 for a 30-day period. 3. This condo has a minifridge. It does not produce ice so bring a bag of ice if you prefer. 4. EXTENDED STAYS Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers

Great little place for a getaway! Clean and well furnished. Easy checkin and great communication. Enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. Beautiful view and gorgeous sunrises!!! Would be a tight fit for 6 people. Watch the planes and helicopters land and take off at the nearby airport (can be a little loud but still fun to watch!). Highly recommended.

Check-in and out was effortless. Our host was accommodating and responsive. The condo was clean, well-stocked, and in a great location. We had everything we needed to cook if we wanted to. We were within walking distance of the beach and did not have to drive far for restaurants or shopping.

Loved our time here. The condo was very nice with state of the art lighting and very modern bathroom. Communication with owner was great he was extremely responsive and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

Dave’s place was perfect for our my families get away. We rented 2 of his places and this property was for my parents. Everything was great. Views were amazing. Place was stocked with small items that we didn’t need to buy ourselves, which made it even better!

Perfect location, pictures are accurate. The heated pool and hot tub were very nice and clean. Mr. Dave was a great host with quick communication. Already looking forward to booking our next stay!

Condo was just as described, located in a nice quiet location with a great view of the beach. It was very clean and had everything that you could ever need in the kitchen. Would definitely stay here again!

We were absolutely thrilled. The condo was perfectly laid out. Had everything we wanted. We loved our stay. It is just what we needed. It was very quite during our stay. We walked the seawall and the beach. Ate at the local restaurants. We will be back. We actually had three white owls fly right beside the condo and looked straight at us as if to say hi. Perfect getaway. Enjoy.

The host was very responsive to questions prior to arrival; after I arrived, I found everything had already been answered, or there was a an informational sign, addressing my question! Check in was super easy and accessing the condo was a breeze! You will find absolutely everything you need for your vacation. If it’s not there, you don’t need it! However, should you need anything, the Walmart is a quick 2 mile drive away. Be sure to read the guide that Dave sends you for suggested places to visit and eat… We found that extremely helpful. The condo was extremely clean and well-maintained. You may not be able to tell it from the balcony view, but if you walk out the front of the Maravilla condo property, the beach is right there across the street. We had an amazing stay!

The unit was clean, had everything it said it would, and had a great view. Dave sent multiple texts from the time of booking until we left asking if we needed anything and sharing information about the unit and area.

Our condo was beautiful and had a perfect view of the water!! It had all the comforts of home and was very clean. Dave is an exceptional host and made booking, checkin and checkout a breeze. He checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. My husband and I have already discussed coming back this time next year and renting this condo. We had a wonderful Anniversary weekend!

We found this property to be just perfect for my husband and I. The place was very clean very cutely decorated and Mr. Dave (the owner) was so helpful with making sure we had everything we needed and making sure we knew what to do. They even recommended some fun things to do and yummy places to eat! It was an overall great experience ❤️

My wife and I were looking for a place to stay for our anniversary weekend. We were lucky to come across this condo that has a nice view from the patio deck to see the ocean, which was a MUST for my wife. Beautiful décor and very clean. Dave was extremely helpful with tourist places to visit and great dining options. He checked in with us multiple times over our three day stay to make sure everything was good. I could recommend this place more not just for the space and the view, but for the great service Dave provided.

The place was simply perfect in every way!! Number one it was spotlessly clean which is a biggie for us! We wanted a nice view and it had not only a lovely view of the gulf but a view a a lagoon nearby. Also it was extremely quiet! The place was decorated tastefully and with lovely touches throughout. We felt quiet spoiled :) We plan to come back hopefully in the not too distant futer

Clean and well appointed condo on the quieter end of Seawall Blvd. The pools on site were perfect for my young children. Parking was easy and close to the elevator. Owner kept me well informed of check in procedures and I never had a single issue during our 4 night stay. Will suggest this place to friends!

My family and I had a wonderful mini-vacation at Sandy Smile. The condo was very clean and well-furnished. On-site pools were also clean and well-maintained. Quick walk to across Seawall to the beach, great location in Galveston, close to many restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay here again!

The place was super clean and very close to the beach. My family enjoyed it very much much. The kids really like the swimming pool and enjoy the company of a couple of bunnies that are around the pool. We will definitely be coming back.

The owner contacted me in advance and gave us all the info that we needed. He advised us of a dishwasher repair scheduled during our stay and offered so many options to make up for any inconvenience that we may experience because of it. Did not disrupt us at all. Wonderful place! So many upgraded amenities. Beautiful condo! Will definitely stay again!!

Quiet location with great pools. Clean & well stocked. Only downfall was the seating in living room. Not comfortable for 4 people, but the patio was great! Host was very responsive & helpful with directions.

We enjoyed our condo. It was located in a great part of town and the property was extremely clean. Remodeling was being done in the front of the property, but it didn’t affect anything. The pools were beautiful . Inside, our room was cute and clean. Everything you could need was provided. We would come again and have already recommended it to family.

Spent a weekend in Galveston to celebrate our anniverary. This property was great. It was close to the beach and had a pool (heated) and hot tub. Quiet area to relax.

My wife and I were visiting family in Beaumont and decided to take a few days for ourselves. We picked Galveston because of the proximity and salt water. Upon arrival we found the one bedroom unit was as it would be at our own home. Everything we needed and clean. Can’t wait to return and spend more than just a few days.

We came down for Thanksgiving and enjoyed our short little vacation. The condo has everything you need, it's very organized and they left little touches around the place that show they care. Our kids loved the towel animals. The view of the beach is perfect 🥰
