About this house rental
This beautiful lakefront home boasts 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living areas, spa-pool, 2 outdoor entertaining areas and no doubt some of the best views in Taupo. The lake is at the doorstep, and town centre is just down the road
Located across the street from the waters edge, with uninterrupted lake and mountain views, you will not want to leave.
There is a front balcony to sit and take in the views, and there is also a covered outdoor entertaining/BBQ area at the back of the property.
This property is completely secure with a roller door to access the driveway from road front so you have the peace of mind of a secure property.
Please note this is an adult only property only available to guests over the age of 12 years. We do not allow young children.
Maximum 7 guests - all children must be over 12 years of age to stay.

Bedroom 1: 1x Queen
Bedroom 2: 1x Queen
Bedroom 3: 1x Queen + 1x Single.
House Rules and Information:
Parking: off street parking space available for 3 vehicles
Please note, the gas fire is not operational, however the house does have a heat-pump to keep you warm in the cooler months.
Security Cameras: There are security cameras set up at the exterior of the property for security purposes. There are no cameras inside, or pointing at the outdoor sitting area.
Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who use professionally laundered linen & towels.
No parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times.

We stayed here with our 4 children, was perfect spot, hot tub was great parking was perfect.. only thing was Wifi was terrible, very very slow for 3 uni students who needed access for study.. otherwise we had a nice stay in Taupo..
