The property features 3 bedrooms with a king-size bed, queen-size bed, and double bed, plus a sofa bed that can accommodate up to 2 additional guests. You’ll also have 2 full bathrooms, making the home comfortable for families, couples, or groups traveling together.



Enjoy the convenience of a private parking space, elevator access, and a laundry center during your stay. When you’re ready to unwind, step outside onto one of the 2 balconies or head up to the building’s shared terrace—a lovely spot to enjoy some fresh air, relax in the sun, or spend time together.

2. Send a valid ID for every guest, including minors and the person making the reservation.

Getting Around:

The apartment is perfectly located and the area is walkable, but you can also get around by public transportation, you will be just two blocks from Av. Cuauhtémoc, three blocks from the Hospital General metro and metrobus stations. You can also use Uber or Didi.



Other Things to Note:

- Please consider that it is a family building, so respect the quiet hours. Parties or meetings are not allowed, nor smoking inside the apartment. - No visitors, companions, outside cleaning personnel, or unregistered guests are allowed on the property, including babysitters, nannies, or any other staff not affiliated with our team. Anyone staying at the accommodation must be registered as a guest, added to the reservation, and pay the applicable guest fee.

- Let us know if you will use the grill in the terrace upstairs, the cleaning fee is $300 pesos.



**Once the reservation is made, the number of guests or nights cannot be reduced. As well as no date changes.



*In Mexico City, we do not use heaters or air conditioning. We recommend keeping an eye on the weather forecast and packing accordingly with clothing that best suits the climate :).



*Mexico City has experienced water cuts in the area. In the event of a possible water shortage, we will remain attentive at all times.



We provide one towel per person per stay, most of our apartments have washing and drying machines or are located close to a laundry.



Interaction with Guests:

Mexico City is full of culture, gastronomy, and art! We will provide you with recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area, as well as in the most popular neighborhoods in the city.



Additionally, we will be attentive to anything our guests may need :). Our online availability hours are from 9am to 10 pm.



Security Deposit

For reservations made outside of Airbnb, Vrbo, or our website, we require a valid credit card to place a security deposit hold. This hold is not a charge and is automatically released after checkout, provided there are no damages or breaches during the stay.



The process is secure and is carried out through a specialized platform to protect your data. We will send you instructions once your reservation is confirmed.
