First time to CDMX. We thought Nowness was a great location. Anything we wanted to go to was within walking distance. Max thirty minutes. There were some previous reviews about the noise in the neighborhood. There is a bar around the corner (it's cool, check it out) that has music at night. I didn't find it too invasive. We live in a high-noise area in San Diego, CA, so we thought it was pretty quiet. lol. After checking out, we were able to leave our luggage so we could explore the city more. Maybe it was the day we left, a Tuesday, or we just kept missing the concierge. They did post a time sign when someone would return. However, when I read the property description that says 24-hour concierge, I think someone is at the desk for 24 hours. Maybe a CDMX thang? Another service staff member helped stow our luggage. When we came to pick up, no one was there so we just grabbed it ourselves. That is my only quibble. That and the hairdryer practically didn't work.

Great location and staff, however there was heavy street noise and club noise (near by). If you wear ear plugs or use white noise loudly you can overcome. The spot was across from great restaurants and so safe and easy to walk around. Very green and lovely hip part of city

A bit of extra work having to both send passport copies the day before arriving and having to hand in passports when getting there.
Also one day we didn't have any hot water due to there having been a power outage. Easily fixed but we had to contact reception instead of being informed by them
Other than that, everything was great and good value for money.
