This second story apartment has a private entrance off the front porch and a second story screened porch for morning coffee. This is the owner's unit and is not often available.

Great location, just as described, easy to walk and drive to where we needed to go for Naz graduation events. Perhaps the bedroom needs some new pillows but everything is else was great, communication easy and quick! A great stay. Robert was very accommodating with our request if we needed to come early (we did not in the end) but it was much appreciated his flexibility.

This place was perfect! So easy to get to anywhere in the Rochester area! The apartment was spotless and beautifully decorated. All of the right items you hope to find. Nothing lacking in this o e bedroom apartment with a full kitchen, dining area and large living room. We would stay again!
