Guest Access:

You'll be able to access the entire property and have it to yourself.



Self check-in, the key is placed in a lockbox at the property (you will receive your unique code in the morning of your check in for security reasons).

Check out before 10 AM



Early check in is subject to availability. We will notify you automatically the day before if early check in is available. Late check out is not available due to accepting last minute same day bookings.



Please note out of respect for our neighbours, this property is not suitable for parties, events or gatherings of any type. Failure will result in security call out charges and instant cancelation without refund will apply.

Maroochydore is well known for being a family friendly neighbourhood nestled in the heart of the Sunshine Coast.

Surrounded by golden beaches, restaurants, entertainment and only a short drive to Steve Irwins famous Australia Zoo, glass house mountains and the hinterland where you can find swimming holes showered by beautiful waterfalls.



Getting Around:

Maroochydore is one of the Sunshine Coast's most accessible locations, and many attractions can be reached on foot. The riverside pathways, beaches, cafes, Sunshine Plaza, and Cotton Tree precinct are all within a short distance from the property.



Public transport options are nearby, with regular bus services connecting Maroochydore to Mooloolaba, Alexandra Headland, Caloundra, Noosa, and other Sunshine Coast destinations. Sunshine Coast Airport is approximately 15 minutes away by car, while Brisbane Airport is around 1 hour and 20 minutes south.

Other Things to Note:

Monterey apartment complex is situated on a busy road. Please note traffic noise is present, however double glazed windows offer a good comfort during the night.
