Welcome to our cozy two-story downtown home in the heart of historic St. John's! Nestled in the vibrant core, it's within walking distance to supermarkets, coffee shops, restaurants, Bannerman Park, boutiques, and The Rooms museum. We have two spacious bedrooms with separate full bathrooms, plus a convertible dining room/bedroom with a half bathroom downstairs.

The house was more than expected. Beautifully appointed property that you will take decorating ideas from. The property has different areas, so a group traveling together need not be cheek to jowl. Has all the imaginable amenities. Excellent central location. Close to everything. I’m trying to find a negative aspect, but….. it’s just a lovely property.

Being in such a great location we were able to walk and explore all local places of interest such as The Rooms, Basilica and downtown St. John’s. We had an amazing stay at Martin's! The house was spacious, comfortable, and perfectly located—just a short distance from great restaurants, bakeries, and shopping. In fact, we loved the home so much that we often preferred staying in rather than going out!Martin was a fantastic host, offering excellent recommendations for places to eat and shop, all of which we really enjoyed. Check-in was incredibly easy, and communication was always quick and helpful.If I ever have the chance to return to St. John’s, I would absolutely book Martin’s place again—it was perfect in every way. Highly recommend!
