Toledo House Guest Suite B. Newly remodeled Large suite with king size bed, coffee bar, separate entrance with large private deck with lake view, living area with 50" TV. Full size bath. Great Location with off street parking. Adult only. We also have golf carts available at the Toledo House for rent.

Great place, very clean, very thought out and accommodating. The owner Skip was great through the whole process! He is very thorough, communicates great and is very thoughtful about the property and what people need. The property is in a great location very close to shops and restaurants. Definitely the spot we want to come back to year after year.

Skip welcomed us to the property. The host provided complimentary water, a bottle of wine, popcorn and Keurig cups. We loved the location as it was within walking disrance to downtown Put-In-Bay. We had our own car, which was helpful as the ferry drops you off to the opposite side of the island. The property is one big space, with no separation which worked for us. The bathroom was also open to the living space, except for the toilet and shower. Everything was clean and comfortable.

This is a great place to stay! It was exceptionally clean and the location is perfect. It’s close to everything but just far enough away to be quiet. I’d absolutely stay here again.
