Relax in the Stressless TV armchair in the attic or get comfortable in a Vitra armchair in front of the approximately 82-inch TV in the living room. Each bedroom has its own TV, and the attic even features a projector for the ultimate entertainment experience. Personal access to Netflix, Disney, and Amazon TV Now is, of course, available.

Enjoy a partial ocean view from the attic through the Velux Cabrio window, which folds out into a French door, or warm up by the fireplace on the first floor. Underfloor heating provides cozy warmth on the first floor and first floor, while air conditioning in the large attic room ensures comfortable temperatures. Since December 2025, the house and its vacation apartments have been powered by solar energy and a heat pump.

The functionally designed hallway area offers everything you need for a pleasant stay.
Under the stairs, you’ll find a convenient space for clothes and shoes, as well as cleaning supplies, so you can always make your stay in the apartment as comfortable as possible. Another storage room offers additional storage space and houses useful items such as an ironing board and a clothes dryer, so you can take care of your laundry even while on vacation.

In the hallway itself, you’ll find a guest restroom for your convenience, as well as a spacious coat rack with hooks to neatly hang your jackets and coats.

Enjoy a relaxing soak in the spacious bathtub or freshen up in the separate semicircular shower with its elegant glass design. A double sink offers ample space for two people, while a large, illuminated mirror—measuring an impressive 1.60 m x 1.20 m—provides optimal lighting. Thanks to the built-in motion sensor, the mirror turns on automatically when you come up the stairs to the first floor and turns off again after a short while. Alternatively, you can use the built-in ceiling lighting to create a pleasant atmosphere. Of course, a hair dryer and a cosmetic mirror with 10x magnification are at your disposal.

For added convenience, the attic features a kitchenette equipped with ample dishes, cutlery, and dish towels, along with a coffee capsule machine, toaster, and electric kettle, as well as a refrigerator and an additional bathroom. Here you’ll find a shower, a sink, a toilet, and storage cabinets to neatly stow your personal belongings. A hair dryer and a cosmetic mirror are also provided here.

The kitchen on the first floor, fully equipped with plenty of dishes, silverware, and dish towels, offers everything your heart desires, including a DeLonghi capsule coffee machine with a milk frother, a kettle, toaster, and a WMF smoothie maker. The additional room adjacent to the kitchen provides space for your groceries, as well as extra counter space, a washing machine, and a washer-dryer. An ironing board, iron, and clothes dryer are also available. You can also use the Thermomix TM5 with your own Cookidoo subscription or the built-in recipe selection.

In addition to the sauna, the punching bag under the carport, and the small fitness room—which is equipped with an adjustable dumbbell set, a weight machine, and various fitness accessories— you also have access to several terraces, furnished with tables, chairs, lounge chairs, and a large beach chair—perfect for relaxing outdoors. The bicycle storage room contains an electric grill.

A built-in safe is available for storing your valuables.

A parking space is provided for your convenience, and a charging station (max. 11 kW) is available behind the house under the carport at a cost of 0.39 €/kWh for electric cars; all guests may use it to charge their electric vehicles.
Guests may need to move their vehicles if an electric car is to be connected to the wall box.
